The Alzheimer Society of Toronto is offering a free web conference on Long-Distance Caregiving on Wednesday, May 30 from 2pm – 3pm.

The webinar is for family caregivers whose relative with dementia lives out of town and will discuss:
-The ways caregivers can provide support and be involved in the individual’s life
-Working with formal and informal supports.
-Making the most of your visits
