It’s important to think about your posture, not just in May, but all year long. Especially since proper posture is now recognized as an important factor in aging well.
Research studies show that weak posture has been linked to a variety of health problems including back/joint pain, poor digestion and the ability to breathe deeply.
Watch out for these indicators of poor posture:
- Twisting to maintain balance
- Putting your foot down to start again
- Waving your arms while walking
